Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

During busy periods, product launches, or supply delays, processing times may be longer.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination, product size, and courier restrictions.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package size and weight
  • Selected shipping method
  • Courier rates

Any applicable shipping fees will be shown before the order is confirmed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, customs checks, weather conditions, strikes, peak seasons, or incorrect delivery information.

Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking details by email after the order has been dispatched.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and arranging delivery or pickup when required by the courier.

Packaging

We take care to package products securely, especially items intended for collectible storage and preservation.

However, customers should inspect the package immediately upon delivery. If the parcel appears damaged, customers should take photos before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

Damaged Orders

If an order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Description of the issue

We will review the case and may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Damage caused by improper handling after delivery, incorrect storage, misuse, or environmental exposure is not covered.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If an order is delayed, customers should first check the tracking information.

If the package appears lost, contact us and we will open an investigation with the courier. Refunds or replacements for lost parcels may only be issued after the courier confirms the parcel is lost.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

International Orders, Customs, and Import Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local charges required by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise or unless the product is faulty. EU guidance states that customers may be responsible for return postage during the cooling-off period if they were informed of this before purchase.
